Mary Ramos Olynick provides strategic guidance for building and maintaining robust patent portfolios customized to meet the particular needs of a company or individual. Her expertise includes a broad range of electronics and software technologies including semiconductor device fabrication and testing, optical systems, integrated circuit design, network technologies, mobile device applications, computer implemented business processes, computer architectures, data and image processing, and medical devices. She has long term patent prosecution relationships with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Companies she has represented include SanDisk, KLA-Tencor, Yahoo, and Cisco Systems.

Prior to becoming a partner at KwanIP, Ms. Olynick served as Partner and Of Counsel at a patent prosecution boutique, worked as a Microcontroller Design Engineer at Mitsubishi Semiconductor, and worked as an Application Engineer for Mitsubishi Electronics.
